Cobb 家庭宣传中心 (FAC) 以 2002 年在加利福尼亚州圣地亚哥启动的家庭司法中心模型为蓝本。  Cobb FAC 旨在通过配置关键服务来解决受害者面临的障碍一个屋檐下的提供者和一个协调的接收过程。  FAC 协调刑事司法和国家机构和非营利组织，以满足家庭暴力、性侵犯、儿童/虐待老人、跟踪和贩卖人口。  FAC 的目标是为受害者和家庭提供一个无缝的过程，因为他们可以在无需无数次放弃虐待的情况下获得所需的帮助。
